What your tracker will help you see

Flares can feel random. Most of the time they aren't. A few minutes a day with this tracker helps you connect the dots your body has been trying to show you.

The foods behind your hard days

Notice which meals keep showing up the day before your joints flare, and which ones line up with your better mornings.

How sleep and stress hit your joints

See how a rough night or a stressful week shows up in your pain, stiffness and energy, often a day or two later.

Patterns you can't see day to day

Weather, activity and routine changes only make sense when you look back over a week or two. Your tracker keeps it all in one place.

Real notes for your next doctor visit

Walk in with what actually happened instead of trying to remember how the last month felt.

Why I made this tracker

For years, I pushed through severe joint pain with braces, sheer willpower and daily Advil. I figured it was wear and tear from decades of hard work: training show horses, cleaning stalls, and 10-hour days for big companies.

By the time I got a proper diagnosis, some of the damage to my joints was permanent. That's the part I want you to hear. Don't ignore what your body is telling you.

Today, I'm walking what I call Hart Path: clean single-ingredient meals, gentle movement like walking, less stress and a lot of faith, one day at a time. The Trigger Tracker is the tool I use every morning to see what's helping and what's setting me back.

This is what's working for my body on my journey. It's not medical advice and it's not a cure. It's a simple way to start listening to your own body, so you can have better conversations with your doctor and more good days.

Small daily steps, written down, became my roadmap. Your good days have a pattern too. This tracker is how you start finding it.
