I used to work 10-hour days for big companies, keep up a property full of yard work, train my dog, and then spend hours at the barn cleaning stalls and riding every night. I know what it takes to work hard.
My body had other plans.
The pain I pushed through for years
For years I pushed through joint pain with sheer willpower, braces, and daily Advil. I figured it was just wear and tear from decades of hard labor, horse training, and heavy work. I never got a proper answer, and I kept going.
Here is what I learned the hard way: waiting too long for care can leave permanent joint damage. I am not saying that to scare you. I am saying it because I wish someone had said it to me. If your body keeps telling you something is wrong, please listen, and please talk to your doctor.
When my pace changed
Health challenges changed my pace, and for a while I did not know what my next chapter looked like. After years in accounting, auditing, and high-ticket sales, I had spent a long time giving my best energy to someone else's goals.
Then something clicked.
The daily routines I had been building, clean single-ingredient eating, gentle movement like Tai Chi walking, protecting my joints, quiet time, and my faith, might help someone else feel less alone. That was the spark, and here's why it matters: I do not have to be a doctor or have it all figured out to share what is working for my body, day by day.
What The Hart Path is
The Hart Path is a real journey, not a polished pitch. I share the small daily habits I use to manage stress, stay active, eat clean, and keep hope up on the hard days. Everything I share is what has worked for my body. It is not medical advice, and it is not a cure.
It meets you right where you are. No 10-hour grind. Just small steps you can actually keep.
Where I want this to go
I want to get my strength back and get back in the arena with a show horse. I want to own my home outright and live with peace of mind. And I want to lift up single parents, help a child's college dream come true, and support groups that feed hungry kids. My faith is the anchor under all of it.
Every post, every video, and every free guide is a stepping stone toward that. If it helps you along the way, even better.
Start with one small habit
If you want one place to begin, I made a free Trigger Tracker. It is a simple daily page where you jot down how you feel and what happened the day before, so the patterns behind your good days and hard days start to show. I use mine every morning with my coffee.
Get your free Trigger Tracker here. I will send it straight to your inbox.
I am glad you are here. You are not on this path alone.
